A few weekends ago we made the trek to Wenatchee for an epic Mathews family reunion (Mark's Mom's side of the family). We decided to drive over Stevens Pass to enjoy the scenery, making the perfect pit stop along the Wenatchee river allowing the girls to run around and explore. Summer in the Cascade Range is utterly beautiful! The night prior to the reunion we stayed the night in Leavenworth (which we loved), everyone liked exploring the town and all the wildlife that found us. On Sunday we enjoyed the sunny afternoon at Sleepy Hollow Nursery with Mark's grandparents, cousins and siblings. It was great to catch up with so many wonderful people, and the girls had a grand time running around with cousins, spray bottles and cookies. The weekend was fabulous!
