Storybook Theater "Snow White"

On the morning this photo was taken Ruthie said, "I think this might be the best day of my life."  Ruthie and Sam had the privilege of attending Storybook Theater's presentation of Snow White earlier this month with both of their Kindergarten teachers, and here they are beaming with joy at the beginning of their outing!

Lucky for these kids, their Dads like to spoil them, and the brothers together won the Kindergarten teacher outing experience at the school auction last fall.  It was finally time to redeem their prizes, and the kids were ecstatic.  Both Sam and Ruth were able to choose one friend from their classrooms to join them, Ruth chose her friend Sophia and Sam chose his friend Jane.  The six of them had smoothies at Emerald City Smoothie, then they all walked to the nearby Performance Arts Center to watch the play Snow White.  They had a fabulous experience!  Ruthie came home telling us all about the play, especially the funny parts and her brochure was signed by the actors.  We're so happy they had an afternoon feeling showered with special attention and experiences.  What a treat!
