Peace for Thelma

Mark's cousin, recently lost his beautiful wife, Thelma, to a long battle with cancer and our hearts are broken for their loss.  Jordan and Thelma have always had a sweet spot in our hearts, their two girls are roughly the same ages as ours, and although we didn't see them often, we always loved hearing about them through the family.  Witnessing the decisions they've had to make with her treatment and the sadnesses and joys they've had to bear has been breathtaking and humbling.  We are so sad for Jordan and their daughters and know this loss will be hard for them.  In a small way we think of this blog post as honoring Thelma and casting our love for their family out into the world.  We will miss you Thelma, and are grateful for all the ways you've touch our family, and all of Mark's extended family.  May you rest in God's eternal presence and peace.
