Four Months Old!
Amidst the busy Christmas weekend, Leah Rebekah celebrated her four month old milestone! Growing - changing - learning! These are words that we seem to be saying multiple times a day when we talk about our second daughter. Leah is going through a growth spurt, sleeping, eating and outgrowing clothing at a great pace. Leah has always been smaller than Ruthie was, so we occasionally worry that Leah just isn't keeping up. BUT, with all her latest changes, we are not worried in the least. Leah is learning to use her hands more and more, we often see her grasping toys, pulling on her blankets, and reaching for whatever she sees (and of course sucking her thumb). We are proud of our sweet pea, and so excited to watch her gentle and peaceful spirit blossom as the months go by! Leah's four month check-up is in a week, we'll share her growth stats then! :)

Leah is gorgeous! She is growing and changing so fast and always looks so alert. We can't wait to see her in person again and give her some great-grandma and great-grandpa hugs and kisses. Her photos all indicate that she has a very sweet, gentle spirit and I'm sure that's true. She and Ruthie are sure to be great sister pals for a lifetime!
