Leah has been growing and changing so much, it has been amazing to witness! Leah is slowing gaining weight (she is about 12 pounds), though it seems she is getting longer and longer. She sleeps all night long (well, midnight 'til 7ish am), and takes big naps during the day. She is still sleeping in her co-sleeper bassinet connected to our bed, though it's starting to look small for her. Leah has rolled over from her tummy to her back once, and she is learning how to use her hands to grasp things. She sucks her thumb often, sometimes gagging when I try to give her a pacifier. Best of all, Leah is beginning to laugh, though we have to work very hard to make her giggle. Leah and Ruth are totally in love with one another, and as long as Leah's seat is stationed toward Ruth, she is a happy girl. Leah is nearly four months old, and we are really excited for her first Christmas! Here is a recent photo of her that I snapped when she was putting herself to sleep in her swing. We still feel lucky to have her, she's the best gift 2011 has brought us by far!
