Ruthie's First Swim
Tonight we took Ruthie to the city pool for her first swim in a big pool! The city's indoor aquatic facility has two pools, one of which is a warmer pool, so it was the perfect setting to introduce Ruth to a larger body of water. Aunt Hannah was lifeguarding, so we all felt supervised and safe! Ruthie didn't shed a single tear, she watched everyone all around her, and tried on several occasions to drink the water. We had a ton of fun, and our only regret was arriving too close to closing time! We can't wait to go back!!!

Hi Ruthie! I am so sad that I won't be able to meet you next weekend when you come north but there will always be a next time for us to play together. Have a wonderful time.
