Time with Grandma Anya

A few weeks ago Grandma Anya came to stay with us while Mark traveled abroad for work.  Mark spent a whirlwind seven days at Holland, Belgium and the United Kingdom; he had a successful business trip overall, but we missed him terribly.  Grandma Anya joined us for the last few days that Mark was away, and together we had a really nice couple of days.  With the sun shining, we enjoyed a few parks, ate dinner at yummy restaurants, and embraced quality time together.  The girls loved having Grandma Anya read and play with them, and I appreciated the extra hands and company.  Thank you for all your help Julie, it truly helped us get through those last few days while Mark was away!

I so enjoyed my time with you and the girls. Loved it that the weather let us do so many things outdoors.I do love being by the water! The girls were delightful and it was fun being with you. Seeing Jen, Sam and Charlotte on Friday was a terrific bonus. Great memories! Love the glimpses of Mark's trip--what an awesome opportunity for him.
