Lovely Leah ~ 15 Months Old

Life has been flying by at a pace that I can't seem to keep up with, and Leah is growing up in the blink of an eye!  It is exciting and heartbreaking, fun to see the girls grow to stages that are easier to manage and communicate with, but sad to see the baby faces slip away.  Most of the time I feel that life is happy chaos and a bundle of blessings, atleast that's what I tell myself to get through each day...

Here are a few thoughts on Leah at 15 months... This little lady loves to climb!  She climbs on everything from the coffee table to the kitchen table, she attempts to scale the side of her crib already, and she's often found in very precarious positions (like standing atop her little cars or chairs).  Leah is a happy girl, and she loves her routines at home--from toothbrush sucking to putting on her jacket.  She is often found sitting somewhere with a book in her hand, particularly thumbing lift-the-flap books and looking at dog illustrations.  Leah is calm in a way I can only explain by saying that she's like her father, her demeanor is sweet and curious.  Leah loves her big sister, but she has recently learned to pull Ruth's hair to get attention or what she wants.  Leah loves climbing atop Ruth's bed and playing with stuffed animals, and she especially likes to cuddle with a big pile of blankets (satin lovies especially).  We are in shock that Leah is 15-months old already, but excited to see her personality and heart continue to unfold.
