Leah at 8 Months

Miss Leah is now 8 months old! Just for fun, check out this comparison of our daughters at this age, it's fun to see. We have loved watching Leah grow and change! About Leah...

• Leah has mastered crawling and loves making her way around the house, she loves discovering new areas in the house. Last week I caught her enamored with the doorstop on the wall by the front door.
• Still no teeth... Lots of drool and swollen gums, bottom teeth are on their way.
• She hates getting dressed (especially getting her arms through her sleeves).
• Leah and kitty have a special relationship-they love each other.
• Leah is still a night owl...
• Leah has eaten a ton of different foods, and likes most things. She has a fun tabletop toy with suction cups to keep it affixed to the table. Her way of playing with it is using all her might to rip it off the table before dropping it to the flooor...
• Leah loves her big sister, unless Ruth gets to close - then she cries and looks at Mom for help!
• She still sucks her thumb and needs a soft satin "lovie" to soothe, it's awfully cute.
• Leah loves to swing on the swing set, but who doesn't?!
