January Beach

We stole away some time this weekend at the Washington Coast to absorb some quality family time and to get away! The upcoming months will be tough on us, as Mark is expected to have a busy season at work, with multiple weeks of travel and long hours. So this trip was a nice way to finish up the holiday chaos focusing on our little family. We rented a cute little cottage, which was just perfect for the four of us. Although the weekend was mostly rainy, that left us plenty of time to read, ride bikes, play games, color, cuddle, watch movies and swim (at neighborhood indoor pool). We were overjoyed to see sunshine on Sunday morning, which allowed us to truly enjoy the beach! Here are a few photos from our short January vacation at the coast. Happy New Year!
