She Smiles!

The smiles, coos and interactions from Leah have been the best part of our week thus far. Ruthie has been home with a headcold all week, which means no preschool and no fun outings, and it has rained nearly every day. Despite the downer attitudes we've had, here is a bit of good news... My six week postpartum follow-up appointment went great, and I have been cleared for exercise! I took the girls on our first weekday walk, and it was a success. Now it's time to gear up and get fit (very exciting)! We are also excited to see family this weekend at a special showering for Leah that Auntie Jen will be hosting. It will be so special to celebrate Leah's newness once more!
