Last week Mark's Mom was here, and the time we spent together was wonderful! Thank you, Julie, for your encouragement and support during this time of transition. It was awesome to have an extra set of hands during the week Mark returned to work and when Ruth began pre-school. Thank you for helping with daily chores, helping with yard work, and cooking yummy meals (your garden fresh produce was delicious)!
We loved the quality time we spent together as a family. We spent many evenings chatting on the couches in the evening, telling stories and talking about babies. It was especially sweet to see Leah connect with her Grandma (and vice versa), and of course Ruthie loved having her "Anya" here. Ruth was constantly bouncing around asking for playtime and attention, Grandma Anya often had her off on imaginary adventures (such as rocketing off to the moon). It was a special week that we will always remember! Thank you, Julie, for your presence and love!
