Here are a few little things about our life these days...-Leah was born one week ago!
-Most days she sleeps and sleeps and sleeps...
-We are SO extremely thankful that Grandma Becky was able to stay with us to help us get adjusted (Thank you, Mom, for all the laundry, cooking & cleaning you did for us)!
-Leah is putting on more weight and gaining a bit of fat on her little body.
-I had my first outing away from baby! I took Ruth to the grocery store for "treats", Ruthie desperately needed some one-on-one time with Mom. The grocery store is something we routinely did together, and Ruth needed to grasp some normalcy. She LOVED picking out treats and goodies with Mom.
-Ruthie refuses to touch a diaper after it has been dirtied. It's hilarious, we tease her...
-Ruthie can't stop obsessing about the baby, any squeal or cry, and Ruth is there to save the day. A hands-on big sister for sure!
-It's true when they say the second time around is easier, adjusting has been going really well, and we couldn't have dreamt of a better scenario.
Stay tuned... My sister, Rachel, is expected to deliver triplets within the next few days or weeks. She is on hospital bed rest and we are praying for her and the babies daily.

Leah is growing and changing so quickly! So glad she is such a good baby and that you're not finding it stressful to have your second daughter. What a blessing!
