Sam's Fourth Birthday

This weekend we had the joy of celebrating our nephew's fourth birthday! Sam has been such a joy to watch grow up, we still remember cradling him at the hospital (sniff, sniff) when he was just a day old! Ruthie loves her cousin so very much, and we are lucky to have this little guy in our lives! Happy 4th birthday Sammy! The birthday party was held at an amazing local farm, where the kids were able to enjoy pony rides, pet animals and ride inner tubes down the lazy creek. Ruth loved riding the pony, she finagled her way into multiple pony rides at the farm (though we're sure she was only supposed to ride the horse once)! Ruth has since suggested we get a pony for our backyard, explaining to us what a great pet that would be. It was an amazing summer afternoon, a day we'll always remember!
