Summertime

We have had only a few hot summer days, but when the warm sunshine appears, we make a mad dash to our neighborhood outdoor pool! A few days ago Ruthie and her friend, Anthony, spent 3+ hours splashing and swimming in the wading pool. The Mommies sat poolside sipping margaritas (ha, only kidding, though I wish) and eating apple slices! It has been so much fun watching our kids become water babies who cry when it's time to leave the pool, it reminds me so much of my childhood! It's moments like these that make summertime the best season of the year! We have our hopes up to have many more days like these before the summer is through!
