Ruthie's Life

This past weekend, we spent quite a bit of time "Spring Cleaning". We moved furniture around, vacuumed the corners and let the fresh air in. In the midst of our madness, Ruthie created herself a little nook in the corner of the living room. She nestled herself in between the couch and window, strategically placed pillows boxing herself in, dumped her book basket and chomped an apple while relaxing in her haven. It was the sweetest thing to see.

Ruthie has been an absolute joy around the house, and has been growing like a weed! She has outgrown most of her 24 month tops, and quite a few of her 2T tops are too short. She loves soft pants, preferably pink, and throws a fit if we make her wear jeans. She loves her books, her dollhouses, baby dolls and Lego blocks. We recently joined a new fitness club, and Ruthie is thrilled--the club has an indoor and outdoor pool, outdoor jungle gym, and an indoor play center (for when Mommies & Daddies want to work out without their children). We are excited that the days are longer, and are anxiously awaiting warmer weather. Life is good - very busy - but good!

We hope you are having a wonderful spring season!

She looks so cute and peaceful there! It's so great when they do this!! Since our kids don't watch much t.v they do a lot of this kind of stuff....makes me smile every time.
Jackson has always loved comfy (jammie) pants too. When we'd go somewhere that we wanted him to wear jeans, or cords we'd tell him time for bye bye clothes. Then as soon as we were home back on with the comfies!
