Here we are signing our loan documents and giving our down payment to escrow. Ruthie was a trooper and played (fairly) nicely while we signed the documents. We are one step closer to realizing a HUGE dream! We have saved for nearly 5 years to make this moment possible. We are scheduled to close and get keys this Friday! Just a few more days...

One Step Closer...
Here we are signing our loan documents and giving our down payment to escrow. Ruthie was a trooper and played (fairly) nicely while we signed the documents. Congratulations!!!! I love that Mark is holding 4 pens...if definitely feels like you need that many to sign all those papers:) Congrats on all your hard work and saving, you two smarty pants.
